Over years of musical collaboration Daphna Sadeh and George Youssef Samaan have developed an exceptional musical bonding, creating harmony through music within a culture of contrasts. Since they started to perform together they have always had a mutual musical dialogue. Daphna & George collaborated with different Jewish and Arab artists in Israel and the UK. They performed together in various festivals and venues in Israel such as The Israel Festival in Jerusalem, Genesis Festival in the Galilee and in the UK at the South Bank, London, Brighton Jewish Festival, Cambridge University etc. The program offers flavours from the repertoire of Arab traditional music and folk songs originating from the Middle East together with rooted Jewish music and Mediterranean-influenced compositions by Daphna Sadeh.
